I'm a Professional Photographer. I do Weddings about 15 a year. I have a Canon MG7720 and a MP970. Right now I'm using the MG7720 most of the time. When I have a large order of pictures say 200 photos I use Miller's MPX. But if I only need a few photos I use my MG7720 it does a beautiful job. I buy all my ink from B&H I got my 2 printers from B&H. They have ever thing I need in stock and best prices and fast service.

I keep buying these cartridges for my old printer (MG7720), and I keep waiting for it to die. But it keeps chugging along, and I keep feeding it the Canon ink. One of these days, it will probably die right after I just buy new cartridges! But it's been a great workhorse. And all colors of the Canon ink are just superb; I've never had a single problem. I originally posted this review for a Brother cartridge, by error; I hope this clears things up!

what is the difference in ink volume between the CLI-271 and CLI-271XL ?

I have tried both and in my opinion it is not worth the extra cost for the XL tank
