Rated 5 out of 5 by from Takes my work to the next level! The Intros Art Pen & Touch is a staple in the graphics tablet market for a reason. Wacom is an industry leader and this tablet, though a gateway drug tablet, performs beautifully. I'm a calligrapher and hand-lettering artist, and this tablet has taken my work to the next level. With the help of the Pen & Touch, I'm able to create and edit my work with ease and control. I highly recommend the Medium size...I can't imagine working on a smaller size. I think it would really hinder my abilities. I also recommend grabbing the wireless kit in addition to this. If you're like me, the cording will drive you nuts. The most frustrating part of learning to work on a tablet is learning to work on a tablet. Give yourself time and don't beat yourself up as you try to learn the new skills. It'll come, and with time, it will feel like second nature.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Squirrelly at times, Tiny stylus Picked this up as an on-the-job tablet to take to gigs that don't have tablets for the freelancers. Figured I would be less upset losing the cheaper sibling to the Pro unit I keep at home. Size is great, and I definitely prefer the way this thing maxes out the usable area rather than the way the pro has a huge amount of useless border space on it. Also love: less buttons to disable, and a physical switch to disable the touch functionality (I don't need it). The bads: The stylus is utterly tiny and super cheap feeling. And there aren't any replacements that I can find (the LP180ES does NOT work with these models (CTH690)). Moreover, the cursor has a bothersome tendency to jump in response to changes in angle. Meaning you can plant the tip in one spot on the pad, change your angle without actually moving the stylus' position and the cursor will MOVE. Not a huge deal, but it's an occasional surprise that would make me angry if I were an illustrator! Also, the distance at which the tablet will read the stylus is shorter than with the Pro models, meaning you need to hold the pen closer (if, like me, you only go pen down to click) while you work. Overall, though, I'd put it on equal terms with its more expensive cousins in the Pro line, considering the weird bugs/flaws those have as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased Way, way better than the Wacom tablet I purchased several years ago. This is the first time I have been comfortable using a touch tablet instead of a mouse. Installation is a bit tricky if you have used an older Wacom tablet before. Not only must it be uninstalled, but the old driver must be deleted and any old .exe files referencing tablet must be deleted as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the tablet First, delivery was fast. Love the tablet. We had other tablets before but none as responsive as this one. Drawing and painting is smooth...just like doing it on a real canvas but this is a digital one. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great buy I really like this tablet and am really glad I bought this. I actually use it mostly for editing photos but decided to get this version for the size, color, and software bundle. I'm still getting used to it but it really allows me to hone in on the details, which is nice. I will say that the nib is wearing out pretty quickly. I've used it for a few hours total now and can already see some wear on the tip of the nib.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for photo editing. I use this for Lightroom editing (photos) exclusively and I love the ease of it. It makes it very easy and comfortable to make very detailed adjustments to photos.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and great to work with Very easy setup on my Mac and was ready to use in just minutes. Use just like a trackpad for general navigation and the pen makes it great for creating works of art. Definitely glad I got the Medium as it provides a nice sized work surface. Anything smaller I fear would be too small.
