The DSL100H from Marshall Amplification is a 100W valve amplifier head for electric guitar, featuring two channels for Classic Gain and Ultra Gain, which offer a wide tonal palette of classic Marshall tones, along with digital spring reverb. Each channel includes separate volume and gain controls, as well as separate reverb level controls, and a comprehensive equalization section is shared by both channels.

The Classic Gain channel takes you from a non-master volume 1959 100W Super Lead Plexi style clean tone to the snarl of the JCM800 2203 100W master volume Super Lead via the Clean/Crunch mode button, while Ultra Gain channel offers a hot-rodded 2203 vibe for an even higher gain response with additional mid boost via the Lead 1/Lead 2 mode switch. Both channels share a passive three-band EQ with controls for bass, mid, and treble. The Tone Shift button provides a mid-scoop that is synonymous with modern metal, especially when combined with higher gain settings. A control for Resonance adds a variable bass boost without adding mud, while the Presence control adds high end sparkle. The amp's power section includes a Pentode/Triode switch, which halves the power from 100W to 50W, a digital spring reverb with separate level controls for each channel, and an FX loop with serial send and return jacks for incorporating effects processors and pedals. The DSL100H ships with a power cord and a dual footswitch for Classic/Ultra channel selection and reverb on/off.
