Rated 4 out of 5 by from Made my life easier I'm a painter, not a photographer. I use the Delta Pro to shoot my work, and overall, I'm pleased with it. However, I don't know exactly where the faults lie with a product like this, although I will say that I sometimes have to stabilize the column and arm gently with my hand while shooting (not a big deal). What I really appreciate is the reversible sliding camera arm; by turning it backwards and putting my work on the floor instead of on the copy stand's moderately sized baseboard, I can shoot larger paintings (up to 30 x 24). For me, that's the biggest benefit of the Delta Pro.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems The column height and baseboard size are good but there are many problems. The column is very crooked. The connecting screws are on the corner of the column. The top of the column is 2 1/8 inches from level. The column leans back and to the left. Also, the sliding camera arm is not as described. The arm is 21 1/2 long. As the arm slides in towards the column, there must be space behind the copy stand. If the camera is close to the column, the arm will be extended 12 - 15 inches behind the column. In an art classroom, this product takes up a lot of space, especially with attached lights. Product arrived 3 months after I ordered it, 3 months. Seriously, 3 months.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good value for money VERY bulky, so you need a good-sized work area. The baseboard grid was not evenly painted, and one corner was dinged (probably dropped by UPS), but not worth returning. Camera platform arm and carriage can shift a bit, making things off-center, but this is not a double-carriage enlarger column, so somewhat expected. A built-in level would be nice.
