Does this work with the Canon C200?

Yes, this should work with the C200 as well. The C200 comes with the UN-5 cable, which is around half the length of the UN-10.

Canon specifically designates the Canon UN-10 Unit Cable for use with "Canon C200, C300 Mark II/III, C500 Mark II, C700, and XC15 cameras". Unfortunately the original C300 Mark I is not supported.
