Submitted art. They asked for a different format. I told them they can make the conversion and asked for a proof. There was never a proof. The item was sent and was not what was ordered. Nobody followed up or seemed to care that I had to say. Again - this was sent with no proof approval. This was a poor experience I have no trust in BH after this.
