How do I charge this device? The booklet in the box mentions an AC charger, but it is missing from the box I received. My box contains only two short USB cables plus the HyperDrive.
Asked by: John
This product comes with a USB Charging cable. You would just need a standard USB power supply such as the Xuma 2.4A USB Charger with Folding Prongs, B&H # XUCAC124. https://bhpho.to/2ntn26N

question

Is it easy to switch drives in order to copy a card onto one drive and then to another as as a second backup?
Asked by: Seth C.
Yes, you unscrew the back panel on the back of the UDMA 3 device and then slide in the new hard drive. Then screw the panel back in and you are good to go. If you have any other questions please email us at [email protected].

question

How does this compare to the Epson E-5000?
Asked by: WILLIAM J M.
If you are referring to the old EPSON P5000 MULTIMEDIA STORAGE storage device then this is new and has new technology and is for that alone a better device. The Epson in its day was good but this new one is much better. It is faster and can read most raw files made today and they update it.
