    64GB DDR3 1867 MHz SO-DIMM Memory Kit (4 x 16GB, Late 2015 iMac Retina 5K) is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Crashed my new iMac Received late 2015 5k iMac the same day as the memory. Installed the memory and it was recognized so I thought nothing of it. Exporting and working with files in davinci resolve 12 kept hard crashing my iMac so I thought something was wrong with the computer itself. Before I contact apple I just happen to put my factory 8 gigs back in and everything works as it should. Too much of a guessing game to figure which stick is bad so I'm sending them all back. The iMac kept freezing during diagnostic with those sticks in trying to figure which one was bad. Mine was the 32 gig but I'm sure it's what the above comments are experiencing as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product is bad for your iMac STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT, AND READ THROUGH MY REVIEW before you purchase this item! Received late 2015 5k iMac the same day as the memory from BH. Installed it and it was recognized so I thought nothing of it. iMac hard crashing so I thought something was wrong with the computer itself. I went ahead and replaced the iMac, run it with the factory 8gb memory for 1 month without a single glitch. Once I put the OWC 32gb memory back to the iMac, it started crushing again. I went ahead and contacted apple because after doing a standard update to the OS, the iMac wouldn't go back to OS, and I couldn't event reinstall a fresh copy of OS, so I actually had to get my iMac serviced to get the OS back. I contacted OWC and told them about the issues with the memory and sent it for replacement. They confirmed the memory I sent is OK, but sent a replacement anyway. After installing the replacement memory, my iMac is acting strangely again - wifi wouldn't work after iMac goes to sleep, takes a longer time to wake-up from sleep - those are the symptoms I can notice as of now. Other advanced users like myself reported the same issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not very stable I don't think it is good for iMac 27 5k 2015 late version. When I put into the iMac is not that stable. It will temporally restart. I don't recommend ppl buy it. I think that is why Apple they don't have this option. I hope it can fix this bug.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lightroom keeps crashing Unfortunately Adobe Lightroom & Photomatix keeps crashing when blending HDR photos. Something seems to be wrong with this RAM. I've had my computer completely crash and shut down by itself too. Returning and exchanging for a new one in hopes I just got bad ones.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from kernel panics two different sets of this memory did not work on my late oct 2015 Imac 27 retina 5K, purchased new in July 2016 The first set crashed very often and Failed Memtest memory testing software tests the second set passed rember tests, but still triggered kernel panics a few minutes after reboot My Imac is very stable with the original 8Gb from apple I purchased a 64 GB memory kit from Crucial, and so far, I have not had any kernel Panics in 3 days running non stop, So I do not believe my computer or the 64 Gb configuration may be at fault. there may be something wrong with this batch. OWC is a great company and I have had no issue with their products up until now. One thing I noticed is that the memory boards appeared to require less force to insert than the apple or Crucial ones.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work in Late 2015 iMac Retina 5K Crashes in less than 1 minute running BMD Disk Speed Test on SSD JBOD. Tried different DIMM configs, including falling back to 2x16G DIMMs to stay within Apple advertised 32GB memory limit, and this smaller config also panics iMac and causes a hard reboot. Seems like there must be a design problem with these DIMMs, not simply one-off manufacturing defects. Really wanted this config to work, but it really doesn't. Avoid these until OWC gets problems sorted out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work, freezes Imac I had the same experience as the other reviewers. The Imac froze over and over after installing this ram. after reverting back to factory 8gb, had no more issues. Stay away from this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 16gb Dimm's NOT compatible I have had OWC send me multiple 16gb dimm replacements, but the result is always the same, unstable machine. How can OWC and B&H photo sell these to the professional crowd who demand stability? Stick with 8gb dimm's per slot and you should be good
