Does this phone work with Sprint network ?
While it is certainly compatible, it may not actually be allowed onto the network. I am still working through it but the Sprint computers report the phone as not compatible. Apparently it was not originally registered with the Sprint database by LG so it is not allowed. It seems that I will have to get LG together with the original purchaser (BH? someone they bought it from?) as well as Sprint to get this cleared up. Trying, but not optimistic.

Yes -- Boost has a Bring Your Own Phone option that uses SIM cards, so you will just need to buy a SIM card from them and put it in the phone.
