The black Weekender Camera Backpack from Sirui is a multi-purpose photo backpack with a side opening for easy access to your equipment and a convenient, removable camera insert. The expandable top compartment is suitable for travelers or weekend shooters. If you need more space, the upper compartment expands to hold an amazing 21L (1281 in3). The ergonomic shoulder harness system makes the backpack feel light and comfortable even when loaded with gear. SIRUI's air run ventilation system keeps your back cooler and dryer.

To use the Weekender as a conventional backpack, you simply need to remove the camera insert and fold down the divider. Water-resistant tarpaulin on the top and bottom surface helps keep moisture out of the backpack. For added security, the backpack features SIRUI Twiz-Lock security system that prevents thieves from unzipping the backpack.

    Sirui SR1015 reviews

Weekender Camera Backpack (Black) is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good concept. Horrible execution. I've been exhaustively looking for a backpack that would give me side access to my DSLR, allow me to carry some additional gear, and have a separate space on tope for non-camera stuff like clothes, etc. I had looked at the Thule Rollmop as well as the Prvke bag. Both seemed to be way too big. Many reviewers complained that they were both heavy and bulky. When I found this bag, I got really excited. It seemed to have everything I was looking for, only with a slightly smaller frame and a few less pounds. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived, many flaws instantly stood out. The bag is light weight, and the size is perfect. It's not too big, yet large enough to hold what I needed. However, the materials they used for the bag (other than the top flap and bottom, is stiff cheap nylon like you would find on a cheap kid's backpack. The camera compartment was completely useless. On top of the fact that it felt really cheap, it was probably the most poorly designed piece of photography related gear I've ever seen. The ONLY access you have to the camera compartment is the small side opening. There's no way to open it any larger. You can pull out the entire camera compartment, however, that doesn't have any access other than side access either! So if you want to store additional lenses, flashes, etc., you will need to remove the velcro pads, add your gear, then replace the pad. You'll also need to remove them EACH TIME you want to access your gear. That is ridiculous! I just can't believe that someone deliberately designed the bag like this and some board somewhere approved it for mass production. It is, by far, the worst camera bag I have ever seen. Returned it immediately.
