Celestron's LandScout 60mm Spotting Scope Backpack Kit gives you a complete observation rig with a versatile backpack to carry it all with ample room for the rest of your gear. The kit starts with the 12-36x60 LandScout scope that features anti-reflection fully coated optics, a powerful zoom eyepiece, and a 360° rotating tripod collar. Its angled eyepiece makes for more comfortable viewing whether you're standing, sitting, or laying prone.

The included aluminum tripod offers a steady platform for your observations. With its adjustable height from 21 to 59" it can accommodate a wide variety of users. The center column locks the legs in place for added stability, and for precise height adjustment it cranks up and down. A 3-way head on the tripod sports a 1/4"-20 quick release plate to make set-up fast and easy, and its control handle allows for fast subject acquisition and tracking.

To carry the scope and tripod, Celestron includes a spacious and versatile backpack. It sports a modern digital woodland camo design. The padded shoulder straps and waist belt are all adjustable to fit most people, and a center sternum strap keeps the pack in place on rough or steep terrain. Multiple pockets and lash-points inside and out ensure you have plenty of room for all your gear.
