Made with their iconic old-world European craftsmanship, the Berlebach Report 212 Tripod is a beautiful, solid, and stable viewing platform to carry optics of all kinds—from spotting scopes to telescopes. Ash wood is used not only for its beauty, but for its natural vibration-suppression properties and resistance to wear so it will last a lifetime with an elegant and refined presence.
The mounting platform is outfitted with a standard 3/8"-16 threaded stud to accept many heads and mounts, and it features a 44-pound payload capacity. The height is adjustable from 27 to 45" for comfortable viewing by most users, and with a collapsed length of just 28" and weighing 8.4 pounds, it is ideally suited for taking it to remote viewing locations. A compact 10.6" matching tray keeps eyepieces, adapters, accessories, and a smartphone or tablet handy while adding stability and vibration suppression. At the ends of each leg are adjustable thread-mounted rubber-ball feet to provide a slip-resistant footing. Each foot can be adjusted by turning the feet up or down for precision leveling, assisted by an integrated circular bull's-eye surface level.
