FUJIFILM X-T10 Overview

Comprising the sleek camera body along with a pair of versatile zooms, the black Fujifilm X-T10 Mirrorless Digital Camera with 16-50mm and 50-230mm Lenses Kit from B&H includes the camera body, a standard zoom lens, and a telephoto zoom lens to suit working in a wide variety of situations.

The X-T10 features a 16.3MP APS-C-sized X-Trans CMOS II sensor and EXR Processor II to enable up to 8 fps shooting, full HD 1080p/60 video recording, and sensitivity to ISO 51200. Fujifilm's proprietary X-Trans sensor uses a randomized pixel array in order to avoid the use of a resolution-reducing optical low-pass filter, therefore providing images with the utmost sharpness and clarity. The X-T10 also features a unique Real Time Viewfinder, which features a 2.36m-dot resolution and 0.62x magnification, as well as a Natural Live View setting, to mimic the viewing comfort of an optical viewfinder with the added information control an electronic finder provides. Rounding out the feature-set is a sextet of autofocus modes that utilize the Intelligent Hybrid AF system for fast, accurate focusing with precise subject tracking capabilities; a large 3.0" 920k-dot tilting LCD monitor; and built-in Wi-Fi for wireless image sharing and remote camera control from a mobile device.

Included with the X-T10 is the Fujinon XC 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS II lens, which covers wide-angle to portrait-length perspectives with its 24-76mm equivalent focal length range. Three aspherical elements and one extra-low dispersion element reduce aberrations and distortions throughout the zoom range and an optical image stabilization system compensates for up to 3.5 stops of camera shake to produce sharper, clearer imagery in low-light conditions. Also included in the kit is the XC 50-230mm f/4.5-6.7 OIS lens, which provides a 76-350mm equivalent focal length range. Like the 16-50mm, this telephoto zoom also features optical image stabilization as well as a precise AF stepping motor for smooth handling and performance. One aspherical element and one extra-low dispersion element are also incorporated within the design and a Super EBC coating helps to improve contrast and clarity.

Can I use this 16-55 mm lens for landscape photos or should I buy a different lens? my budget is $1000
Asked by: Erkam K.
Yes, you can use the 16-55 mm lens for landscape photos. It's more than adequate, I'm sure. But my camera came with the 16-50 mm and has worked very well for me.

question

Is there external stereo mic input? Headphone monitoring?
Asked by: Anonymous
Sound can be recorded with an external microphone that connects using jacks 2.5 mm in diameter. Sound can also be recorded in stereo via the built-in microphone. So I assume the microphone jack is stereo. There is no headphone monitoring I'm aware of. However, there are 3rd party solutions like the Sescom Line Out to Camera Mic In Headphone Tap Cable.
