Hikvision DS-9632NI-I8 Overview

Record from and manage up to 32 cameras with the DS-9632NI-I8 32-Channel 12MP 4K NVR (No HDD) from Hikvision. This NVR supports IP cameras up to 12MP. It is equipped with eight SATA ports that each support an HDD up to 10TB, for a maximum capacity of 80TB (HDDs available separately). H.265+, H.265, H.264+, H.264, and MPEG-4 video codecs keep file sizes manageable while maintaining the best quality possible.

This NVR supports up to 128 remote connections. An RCA audio input and output enables two-way audio. Two VGA and two HDMI ports enable video output to an external monitor (available separately) at up to 4K UHD resolution. Compliance with ONVIF profiles G and S provides interoperability with ONVIF IP cameras.

I will be setting up 30 cameras with mics feeding each camera. I want to be able to display the 30 cameras on 3 separate TVs using an HDMI splitter. Will this work?

The unit will only support a single monitor through the HDMI and will mirror the signal through the VGA. If you need more views, I recommend that you set up PC's and through the software, you can set up multiple views.

Does this come licensed for all 32 cameras or are any licenses needed? Same question but about use of the Hik-Connect app, is that included or licenses separately?

Licences are not required for using an NVR or their Hik-Connect software.
