I've looked at various reviews of the Kaiser Repro Kid Copy Stand Kit as an alternative to this item and a common concern across reviews is the screw that holds the camera in place is not strong enough to keep the camera in the desired position. Is the camera mount head on this item more robust/robust enough?
Asked by: Tobias
The sturdiness of the screw is fine. I placed a thin rubber washer between the screw base and the camera and everything has remained balanced plus the lock works as designed. I have copied more than 4,000 negatives thus far with no problems. Good value.
