Quickly and easily expand the reach of your current network with the 2-pack of PLA5456KIT AV2000 HomePlug AV2 Pass-Thru Powerline 2-Port Gigabit Ethernet Adapter from ZyXEL. Each of these HomePlug AV2 compatible adapters features a single electrical plug and two Gigabit Ethernet ports. Simply plug one adapter into an outlet near your Internet source (cable modem or router), and plug the other adapter into an outlet where you want to expand your Internet connectivity to. Once installed these plug-and-play adapters can be synced with the push of a button and you can begin transferring data at speeds of up to 1800 Mbps. These enhanced data transfer rates make it possible to stream 4K content, transfer large files, play online games, and more. Each adapter also comes equipped with a pass-through design keeping the plug free to be used as an outlet while the adapter is in use.

Fast and Reliable Network Connection
Just connect one ZyXEL PLA5456 to your Internet sharing router or gateway, connect another ZyXEL PLA5456 to a device that needs Internet connection, push their sync buttons, and you have up to 1800 Mbps of 128-bit encrypted Powerline network data transfer rate going through your powerline(s).
4K Video Streaming & 2 Gigabit Ethernet Ports per Adapter
Empowered with HomePlug AV2 and MIMO technologies, the ZyXEL PLA5456 is giving the same networking performance in real world usage as being connected directly to the router or switch. With 2 gigabit Ethernet ports, user can easily hook up the ZyXEL PLA5456 not only for only one Internet application but also enjoy multiple Internet radio, big TV and Netflix 4K streaming simultaneously.
Easy Setup and Stable Internet Speeds
The ZyXEL PLA5456 is easy to hook up and use. Just plug in the adapters and you'll instantly have a hardwired connection virtually anywhere in your home without having to run a physical wire there.
Convenient Pass-Through Design
The ZyXEL PLA5456 doesn't block power outlets but offers a pass-through outlet instead, which allows you to keep the existing powered devices connected. The embedded noise filter eliminates nearly all static from connected electronics to further improve network quality.
ZyXEL ONE Connect
Sync Wi-Fi settings to the wireless extender to have one wireless network. Detect additional powerline devices within your network.

    PLA5456KIT AV2000 HomePlug AV2 Pass-Thru Powerline 2-Port Gigabit Ethernet Adapter (2-Pack) is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Option For an Xbox 360 I used this to hook up my now older Xbox 360 since it does not have a WiFi connection. I didn't want to deal with installing a network line and didn't want a cord running across the floor either, so this was a good option. Basically just plug the units into the wall and then attach the network cables and your done. I didn't have to sync anything or push any buttons, since I didn't elect to encrypt yet as I wanted to see if they work. Powered on the Xbox 360 and it started updating (been off for a year) and didn't appear to have any connection issues. My installation is in a house with a single electric box, the two units are installed on different breaker circuits.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well, easy setup, good speed I have 4 units in the house all spread pretty far apart and the speeds are pretty good. I use them to connect security cameras. I had been using them wirelessly but the connection was flakey. It seems rock solid with these adapters. I imagine a lot will depend on your specific situation - home wiring, distance between units - but in my case they work as advertised I'm happy with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was sceptical. I was wrong This works for me! Extremely easy to setup. Almost the same speed as a computer directly connected via Ethernet, to my home router. I had a laptop in my shop ( separate building rom my home ) that had OK WiFi coverage. I'd use it for YouTube and Pandora. Both YouTube and Pandora would sometimes stop or stutter. Not anymore...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked for me I wanted to hook up my bedroom TV with TiVo Mini to my TiVo Roamio Plus in my living room without running wires all over the house. I am getting the great signal indication on the device and I can successfully watch my TiVo without running any wires.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product and super fast delivery. The HomePlug devices worked exactly as described. I simply plugged them in, made the appropriate ethernet and PC connections and I had fast internet service at a remote PC without having to run cable throughout the house. Delivery was the very next day as promised.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I plan to buy more of these I needed to extend my network about 75' to the other end of the house. Running cable would be very difficult if not impossible. The ZyXLE HomePlug AV2 solved the problem. Setup was very easy and performance has been rock solid. Having two Ethernet ports was a big bonus. I saved having to also add a switch. There are a couple of other locations where I need an Ethernet connection and I'm seriously considering using the AV2 for them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worked the first time, right away! Almost zero configuration (you have to press a button, once, to set it up... big deal!) :- However, the management utility is Windows only. You don't really need it, but you might in the future for things like firmware upgrades. Also the Windows software does not work with high-DPI monitors... so it takes a little bit to figure out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It just works. I purchased two pairs. Units arrived in good condition, using them to connect a computer that had unstable wireless connection, and also to network a bluray player which also had unstable wireless connection. Not using forth unit at this time. All connections appear stable all the time.
