Morakniv's entry-level fixed-blade Companion MG CS Fixed Knife is ideal for most outdoor cutting tasks. Its carbon steel blade features a general purpose straight-edged drop point design that measures 4.1 inches. As a rule, carbon steel retains its edge better than stainless and resharpens well. For maximum control, especially in cold and wet conditions, Morakniv made its green handle out of a high-friction slip-resistant rubber with a texture grip. This Swedish-made knife has a total weight of 3.9 oz, an overall length of 8.6" and comes with a hard plastic sheath that can be worn comfortably on a belt.
