The plug-and-play MR900 MR Series Wireless-N Access Point from Open-Mesh requires minimal configuration making it easy to set up and configure the network quickly and efficiently. This high performance access point features dual-band functionality as it operates on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies for enhanced data throughput and increased bandwidth support. Additionally, the integrated Gigabit Ethernet port comes 802.3af PoE compliant eliminating the need for an additional power source during installation.

Once installed this Open-Mesh AP can be managed from virtually anywhere thanks to the cloud based network controller, CloudTrax. With automatic alerts, specific network administrators will be instantly notified to changing network conditions, and with apps for both iOS and Android, the network can be managed from a wide variety of mobile devices.

Once installed this mesh enabled access point is capable of working with additional access points to create a mesh network. This type of network provides blanket coverage complete with self-healing nodes to ensure maximum network up time. With support for up to four SSIDs, this access point is capable of supporting multiple networks, while WPA/WPA2 encryption ensures the wireless network connections remain safe and secure.

What used to require a dedicated server can now be done through a browser and the free, cloud-based network controller, CloudTrax. CloudTrax is packed with powerful features to meet the demands of IT professionals, yet is easy enough to be deployed by someone with little to no network experience.

Install Virtually Anywhere
Open-Mesh makes it easy to get wireless coverage exactly where you need it. Out of the box, this Open-Mesh MR Series access point can be installed in any indoor location like a ceiling (to cover a room) or wall (to cover a sector of a larger facility). And with the optional ODMRX00 outdoor enclosure that mounts to a wall or pole, you can take your wireless network outside. OpenMesh enclosures blend in seamlessly in any office, school, conference facility, or event venue.
Multiple SSIDs
CloudTrax can broadcast multiple unique networks, some public and some private. Public networks can be customized with powerful captive portal features, while private networks can work seamlessly as an extension of your LAN. Each network can be uniquely named, left visible or hidden, and left open or password-protected with WPA/WPA2 encryption.
The cloud controller lives in AWS data centers, running on EC2 and RDS technologies in multiple availability zones to maximize up time even in the event of a failure at a single data center. Even if your devices lose connection with the cloud controller, your networks aren't affected. That's because no network traffic actually passes through the cloud controller.
Automatic Alerts
If any access point goes down and doesn't come back up, CloudTrax will automatically email you (and anyone else you designate) about it. Outage alerts are easy to turn on and off, and always keep you in-the-know when it comes to the health of your wireless network.
Mobile Apps
CloudTrax includes free iOS and Android apps so you can build, manage and monitor your networks while on the go. You'll get up to the minute reports on user traffic, node status and mesh speed, all from your smart phone or tablet. For more control, simply log in to from any browser on any device.
