Capture detailed wide-angle images of coral reefs, caves, shipwrecks, and more at a maximum underwater depth of 197', thanks to this Nimar Spherical Dome Port for the Tokina AT-X 11-20mm f/2.8 PRO DX Lens. The clear, dome-shaped front element magnifies images to a lesser degree than a flat port does, and corrects for the underwater size distortion that makes everything appear 25% larger and closer, thereby helping to restore the 11-20mm's wide angle of view. A knob and ring enable zoom control with your lens.
The front element is crafted from crystal optical glass for a high degree of clarity, while the body is made from durable, black Delrin acetal resin. This port is designed to be used on Nimar's traditional underwater housings for Canon and Nikon DSLR cameras, and is attached via the bayonet mount. Its front end features the petal-type protrusions common to lens hoods, which serve 2 purposes: blocking excess light from causing lens flare and giving the front element some protection against impact if you get a bit too close to your subject.
