Rated 1 out of 5 by from 4th Axis UnStabilizer After a very brief test I returned it. I found a video review that used the term misleading advertisement. That phrase perfectly describes my experience. You are told this will remove most vertical movement of your camera. It does not even come close. And when you add the weight of this thing to your arms, in a very short time fatigue will make your vertical stability worse.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading Specs Sold mine for 800.00. It was the best I could get. Got it through Kickstarter. The spring is too weak even for DSLR use. I broke my spring after 20 minutes of use with an A7s II. Turbo Ace replaced it but it was still as weak as before. The ads with a Ronin/Epic pictured are misleading. It cannot come close to handling that combination. Even though I got mine for 200.00 less than retail, TA wouldn't take a return. If this was a project they believed in, they would have, knowing they could sell it right away for full retail. But they know they got a dog that'll never be back ordered. Also, tilting without a thumb control is a no go. It'll lunge towards or away from you. Considering the added weight, you'll need a gimbal support to use this such as a Ready Rig or Armour Man. At that point, just lose the Jockey. Using the support belt while smaller than other gimbal support, supports at the hips which transmit more deflection than controlling by the arms. You're also limited in the level of boom you can achieve. Spend the extra money and get a Ready Rig. Shame on you Turbo Ace. I'll never buy a thing from you again along with all the camera crew who know me - and that's a lot.
