Ideal for security surveillance, search and rescue, and tactical applications, the Iris 321 3.6x 3rd Generation Night Vision Binocular from Night Optics is equally optimized for handheld or headgear-mounted use. It features two 3rd generation filmless autogated intensifier tubes that provide image resolution of 64-72 lp/mm and automatic brightness control. They will enable you to see brighter and clearer images than 1st and 2nd generation devices with similar optics. The filmless microchannel plate improves the signal-to-noise ratio and efficiency of the intensifier, and autogating greatly increases sensitivity in low light and varying lighting conditions, protects from bright light burnout, and extends life. Outfitted with automatic brightness control, the device will regulate image brightness to maintain the same visibility. To maximize image brightness in total darkness, the binocular features a built-in infrared illuminator that can cast infrared light on your targets. The optical system features a multi-coated 80mm, f/1.6 lens system, a 3.6x magnification, a 15° angular field of view, and a minimum focus distance of 10'.

The water-resistant housing is made of lightweight, durable, impact-resistant polymer. The wide rubber winged eyecups will prevent spill-over of light and offer comfortable cushions between the orbits of your eyes and the eyepieces.
