The M-1092H Full HD SDI/HDMI Rack LCD Monitor from SWIT features two 9" IPS (in-plane switching) LCD panels. The 450 cd/m2 bright LED backlight monitors support resolution of up to 1920 x 1200 and 800:1 contrast. With horizontal and vertical viewing angle of 170°, M-1092H can be used for multiple applications.
Input Video Formats
Supports 3G/HD/SD-SDI, HDMI, CVBS inputs
The monitor displays SDI and HDMI channel-1 & channel-2 embedded audio level meters. The audio meter is green, and will turn yellow when sound decibel exceeds -20 dB. In case the sound level exceeds -9 dB, the meter will turn red. The channel-1 & channel-2 embedded audio can be output via 3.5mm headphone socket and speaker
The M-1092H has native full HD display. When SD video signal is given as an input, you can select pixel-to-pixel display mode or 2x zoom-in display mode, to monitor the pixel details clearly
SDI Timecode Display
Under SDI input, the monitor can display the embedded SMPTE timecode (VITC1, VITC2 or LTC), which is used extensively for synchronization, and for logging and identifying material in recorded media
Color Temperature Calibration
The user can enter the menu to adjust the RGB Gain and Bias to calibrate the colors at any time
Under focus assist mode, the in-focused subject will be sketched out by red or blue lines. The focus assist is also available during the image zoom-in
Under SDI or HDMI input, the M-1092H can display another CVBS input by Pic-in-Pic mode, and under CVBS input, it can display another SDI or HDMI as Pic-in-Pic window. Under PIP display mode, the overlay window position can be adjusted to either 4 corners or the center, and support overlay window size adjustment
UMD and Text-Tally Display
M-1092H supports UMD and Text-Tally display of TSL 3.1/4.0 protocol, with 1 to 126 TSL address selection, and maximum 8 letters displayed. The UMD/TALLY signal inputs via DB9 (RS485) port on the rear panel of the monitor
Blue Only Function
Blue only is an assistant function to adjust camera color settings. Under the blue only mode, only the blue pixels are used to generate the image, because hue and saturation can be adjusted more quickly and accurately in this environment
Like most professional cameras have, the zebra stripes are a warning to the overexposed areas of the image. When Luma value is over 90%, it is considered overexposed and displays the moving warning lines onto the over exposed areas
Safe Area and Scale Marker
You can select the scale of safe area frame from 80, 85, 90, and 95% in the menu system. Under HD input, the monitor can display a center 4:3 marker, to help check image composition when using HD recording while SD broadcasting. Besides 4:3, the monitor support more scale markers like 13:9, 14:9, 15:9, 1.85:1 and 2.35:1
The monitor offers a DB9 interface for TALLY and GPI control. User can define the terminal functions and remote operate the monitor. The terminal 1 to 5 is for users to define various functions, and the defined functions will be turned on when connected to GND, and turned off when disconnected
3-Color TALLY Light
There are front TALLY lights for each screen, with 3 colors display, and controlled via DB-9 ports on the rear panel
The standard 19" rack mount fixing monitor occupies 4U height. The monitor is ±30° up and down rotatable when installed on racks
