    M-Audio M-Track HUB reviews

M-Track HUB - USB Monitoring Interface is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly for Mac users 1. Just plug it in to your Mac. No drivers needed. 2. If not using as a USB hub, computer provides enough power for the DAC. Leave the brick at home. Have noticed 1 sec glitch in music when opening a new browser window. Need to find out if problem caused by CPU demands or perhaps should be using the brick. 3. If using only 1 powered speaker, forget Y cables. Select mono in Prefs/Accessibility/Audio and just use one TRS cable. 4. Nice to have separate control over headphone and main output. 5. Don't forget to disable system alerts etc.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Its OK First of all, its not particularly good looking for my taste, But thats not important. The headphone output volume is way to low to be usable in pro work, Im using ATH-M40x. I think its a little oversize for that it actually does, I really cant feel the difference between listening to my Peresonus E-5 hooked up to a macbook pro 2016 15 and the Hub, its a very good idea and just what I was looking for, but it still needs work, at least a software update to boost the headphone volume. Im also getting lots of high pitch interference, I dont know if its the Hubs fault or the monitors fault, Im using balanced cables.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for video editing systems We bought for edit bay. We previously used a scarlet i/o box for this purpose but didn't have use for the inputs. we really just needed a big knob to control the volume to our powered monitors and this does the trick. good weighty feel to the knob and smooth turing. 4 stars only because hub is just USB 2.0.
