The silver Audio-Technica AT-LP60USB Belt-Drive Turntable is straightforward and completely automatic for vinyl enthusiasts in need of a turntable to complement their existing home-theater and stereo systems. Its fully automatic operation starts the platter when the tone arm is lifted, and brakes when the needle is positioned on its mount. The turntable features phono (turntable level) outputs, however a built-in preamplifier features line-level outputs for connecting to amplifiers without turntable inputs. The ATLP60USB features 33-1/3 and 45 rpm speeds.

The USB output allows you to digitize your vinyl collection directly to software, without an external audio interface
Fully automatic operation with two speeds: 33-1/3 and 45 rpm
Professional aluminum platter
Included cables connect to your stereo or powered speakers
Integral Dual Magnet phono cartridge with replaceable stylus

AT-LP60USB Fully Automatic Belt-Drive Turntable (Silver) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 120.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Low Frills Seems to be a good basic tunrtable. My main complaint is the tone arm and the on/off switch. There is no way to lock the tone arm onto its rest. There is also now way to see if the turntable is on or off because the on/off is a push button. I installed a separate switch on the cord because it had been turned on accidentally a couple times and the needle was wearing itself away on the felt for a while before I noticed. Another reason a lock on the tone arm would be nice, is if you ever have to move it, good luck holding the thing still with the cover closed at the same time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Audio Technica usb turntable I bought this turntable 1 year ago and again recently for my brother both from B&H. I use it to DJ at the Museum of Interesting Things monthly event in soho called the Secret Speakeasy. I play old vinyl from nearly 100 years ago to 80's stuff and this player does great with 33 & 45 and has an RCA out as well. it is easy to use and smooth. has great sound and plays even the oldest LP's without skipping. My only concern is the needle and record bed do not have a lock so when transporting they bounce around. For the table bed that is ok but you must secure the needle yourself well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I needed I use the turntable to RIP my LPs. The best and worst features are the same - the Audacity software. The software is quite fully featured and sufficient for a non-professional home recording studio. Its flexibility tends to make its learning curve a little steep. It was not too big a deal for me as I've used it before for other projects. Another great thing is the price! Another not-so-great is that the phono/line out plugs are attached. Unfortunate since I don't even use them. Last complaint - the levels into Audacity are rather low. You will most likely need to use the software to increase the gain.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much better that my previous all in one Bought it to transfer my mother's record collection to CD because old music is supposed to be very therapeutic to people with Alzheimers Disease. My goal is to transfer a record a night until my visit at the end of June. Each record does not take that much time. Computer Program is easy to use. connectivity is simple. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because it doesn't separate the individual songs onto the CD so you have to listen to the whole recording and can't choose individual songs. I don't know if any player can but it is super easy in every way and sounds great over my computer speakers

Rated 4 out of 5 by from AT-LP60USB. a great starter turntable This is a great starter turntable. Easy to set up with excellent documentation. The turntable offers many useful options including a USB connection that allows direct vinyl to computer transfer or alternatively through RCA connectors to your own preamp. It offers much for a price of less than $100. It is missing expensive options that adjust for antiskate and stylus pressure. These would put it in a class of turntables that are several hundred dollars more and the turntable appears to perform well without these additions. As a starter turntable you can't go wrong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value for digitizing records I wanted an entry-level USB player to digitize my record collection, and this one fits the bill perfectly. I'm very happy with the quality and performance of this player. The service from B&H was fantastic, of course. Set up took a few minutes (not complicated, just had to sort it out). The free Audacity software is a little clunky (neither the included manual nor the website showed screen shots of the version I downloaded, and the instructions weren't quite right) but it works. I watched a tutorial on how to split a long recording into separate tracks and that helped. I appreciate the auto-return at the end of a record. It's going to be a time consuming process to digitize all that I want to digitize, but I'm really excited to have started the process and to be listening to records I haven't heard in decades!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value Have at least 150 LPs that I've always wanted to convert to digital and this filled the bill. Easy to set up (USB cord), good software but takes just a little trial and error (probably my fault). If you have old LPs like me, you need to find a way to clean them and remove the static and any grime though the software does a good job of getting rid of clicks and pops. Certainly not the best turntable on the market but great for what I needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good sound - but delicate inexpensive turntable. Performs well for either a bedroom turntable or for a beginner vinyl collector. One has to be careful because it is made of plastic so handle gently, but the sound it produces is very good. You can always upgrade by getting a better than standard stylus. The only blatant issue is the arm rest not having a lock on it. This would not have been such a great cost to make, so A.T. should have considered this being that it is already made so delicately. I take away a star for that. Again - must be handled with care - even the dust cover scratches easily. Easy does it. The strength of it is the sound - everything else is what it is - all that goes with being inexpensive.
