Capture photos and movies of wildlife or other people without even being on-site using Browning's camo Recon Force FHD Platinum Series Trail Camera . It has a 2MP sensor and offers interpolated resolutions up to 10MP for still photos. Full HD 1920 x 1080 video can be recorded with accompanying sound, as well. The camera features a passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor with a 55' detection range and a fast 0.7-sec trigger speed for capturing images in response to subject movement. Additionally, an infrared LED flash with a 100' range is invisible so as not to spook or alert your subjects, and Zero Blur technology eliminates subject motion blur for clear shots within the same range at night.

The camera is equipped with a 2.0" color display monitor enabling preview and image review. Time-lapse Plus shooting mode captures images at pre-set intervals from sunrise to sunset, and Browning's supplied BuckWatch Time-lapse Viewer Software enables you to see patterns and change over that time. The camera is also capable of capturing up to 8 Images in Multi-Shot or Rapid Fire mode--ensuring that you don't miss the action. Photos and videos are recorded to optional SDHC memory cards up to 32GB. The Recon Force FHD Platinum runs on 8 optional AA batteries or an optional external power supply connected to its 12V jack. It's configured with a TV Out connector for viewing on your television and a USB port for image transfer to your computer.

Recon Force FHD Platinum Series Trail Camera (Camo) is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Recon Force Platinum Series Model # BTC-7FHD-P I purchased 2 browing trail camera's mainly for use in still shot photography. I have returned both cameras for repair and was told that my camers had been tested in all modes of operation and no issues were found. But the batteries run down quickly and we are using the correct SD cards but still the camera will not take more the 2 pictures without the Duracell batteries or Browing batteries running completely down. We are also using the timelapse mode on the camera to take still shots. So does the cameras only work in the video mode? So both since both cameras have been sent for repair and returned stating that they have been tested in all modes of operation and no issues were found. What is the answer to our problem? I am very disappointed in this camera.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Timelapse Feature doesn't work as expected Purchased 2 of these trail camera's mainly for use in timelapse still photography. Both units did not work in this mode and have been returned to the manufacturer after just 2 weeks of attempted use. Hopefully the replacements will work but only time will tell. What the descriptions don't tell you is that it may take up to 3 days for the camera sensors to calibrate themselves so they know when there is enough light to shoot, this according to the manufacturers Tech support line, so be prepared for that delay in use. Even though I entered settings in the menu system that should have shot a single frame every minute in the ALL DAY option neither camera came close. One camera only shot 4 frames in a 5 day period. Battery Life - poor in timelapse mode Both camera's drained the batteries down quickly, I had Duracell Quantum batteries installed and had to replace them after 1 week in both camera's. When talking to the manufacturers Tech support they said battery life should be much longer. SD cards In trying to trouble shoot the problems with the manufacturers Tech support I was told that the 32GB SD cards I was using were too fast and that I should use Class 4 cards only. The manual states minimum of 4GB and class 4 not that class 4 is the maximum. Even buying the cards they recommended did not fix the problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best for night photos I have a variety of different cameras from different manufacturers. Most are decent by day, but the night photos are what sets them apart. Good flash range on this, good sensitivity, and great clarity. Highly recommend.
