Created with high-end components for demanding users, the Science TRM-301 Microscope from Bresser offers excellent optics and precise tactile control as well as a trinocular design that allows for users to view their subjects optically while simultaneously using a camera or computer-connected eyepiece. For maximum clarity, the microscope features four DIN planachromatic objectives, including 4x, 10x, 40x, and 100x, that combine with 10x wide field eyepieces to provide magnifications of 40x, 100x, 400x, and 1000x. Additionally, the 100x objective is designed for oil immersion for maximum resolution.
Operation is precise with both fine and coarse focusing as well as a diopter that can adjust the eyepiece to your eye. Also, it is designed for transmissive illumination with a Kohler illuminator equipped with a halogen lamp and dimmer. It has a 1.25 NA Abbe condenser with iris as well to help control the light. Finally, a mechanical stage is available with the ability to adjust slide position as needed. And, it has a durable aluminum construction.
