The LC-E19 Battery Charger from Canon will charge two separate LP-E19, LP-E4, or LP-E4N battery packs. LP-E19 batteries charge at a rate of 170 minutes per battery, while LP-E4 and LP-E4N charge at a rate of 140 minutes per battery. It plugs directly into AC outlets and includes an AC adapter.

Top quality Canon charger for the LP-E19 batteries. I had to change to the LP-E19 batteries for my 1DX, as the LP-E4 and LP-E4N batteries are no longer available. As with all pro chargers it charges only one battery at a time.
first I would have thought having a dual battery charger charged both batteries simultaneously, Nope! One at a time then auto switches to the next battery. When getting the 1DX2 message that recommend calibration of the battery it's best to do this after the batter has been in service and close to becoming exhausted in charge. To start the calibration mode, the cal button must be held down during the blinking of the calibration light within the first 10 seconds. This begins the slow discharge of the battery until dead, then the discharge reverses and begins the new charge. This process takes much longer on a fully charged battery, up to 16+ hours, so use as much of the charge before calibration to shorten the calibration time. I would have preferred Canon to have made a single charger so as to be able to charge, even calibrate, multiple batteries using multiple chargers, but I am sure cost will be way more than half the LC-E19 price. I'll give the 5th Star then, depending on the price.
Canon products are well made and reliable. This charger is expensive but it makes sure the batteries remain in top condition
The charger is big and heavy. And it is very expensive at $399. They need to make a smaller charger for just one battery at a cheaper price for travel.
Good charger, though I found out (through the manual) that it only charges 1 battery at a time, so be aware. Also, with 2 batteries on the charger, the battery not being charged lights up with a single green light (the 100% light). This does not mean the battery is fully charged. 3 solid greens means the battery is fully charged. FYI.
After losing my LC-E19 Canon charger that came with my 1DX Mark ii, I ordered this replacement. It delivers as advertised, just like the model that comes with Canon camera bodies.
I left my original charger 1200 miles away and need needed one immediately. B&H came through again for me. The only place to get what you need and in a hurry.
