    MG7550 16x4 686 Mbps DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem with AC1900 Dual-Band Wi-Fi is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and Dependable. Using on now with Comcast high speed Internet. Awesome modem. Easy install. Once registered with Comcast started right up. Good software application that provides tools to trouble, change settings, and manage connection. Just bought two for church to operate on Charter high speed Internet connection. Modem compatible with both providers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent router This came quickly, was a great price and easy to install. I love the feature where it asks me if I want to allow access to a guest. I don’t have to give them my wi fi password. It automatically puts the password in for them and the password is hidden from my guest.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Modem when it works - horrible customer service I purchased this modem approximately 2 months ago to rid myself of the Comcast rental. I received it right away (BH is awesome!) and there was only a small issue with getting it set up. Comcast in my area (Augusta, GA) will not let you activate it online on your own. You HAVE to call. So it took them a while and they gave me a bit of run around trying to get it activated. They continually tried selling me their streaming program. But all of this is nothing to do with the modem. Once the modem was activated and set up, it was awesome. I started getting speeds I had never received with the Comcast rental. And it was a stable connection. Steady. It didn't constantly go out and in every night. This was awesome! Until.... About two months in, the modem just died. First there was an issue with one of the Lan ports. There are 3 other ports and I wasn't using all of them. So no big deal. About a week later all of the Lan ports went out. Frustrating, but I still had wifi. Not ideal, but not nothing. Just a couple days later, it would not connect to anything. At all. Period. This is where the real disturbing part comes in. I get in touch with Motorola (BH probably would have replaced if it was within 30 days but it was well beyond that at this point). After contacting them, it took them FIVE DAYS - even though they knew I had absolutely no internet service - just to get back in touch with me. It then took them another 3 days to set up an RMA. Here's the really interesting part. In order to setup an RMA, you have to pay the cost of the modem on a credit card. They then reimburse you only after they have sent you the new modem and you have returned the defective modem!!! AND - you have to pay for the return shipping of the defective unit!!! IF I had known Motorola was such a GARBAGE company, I would either a) never have dealt with them; or b) at least gotten the square trade warranty so I wouldn't have to deal with them. Anyway, the replacement modem is working great - for now. When it's working, it's awesome. Top speeds. Stable connection. 1000x better than the cable rental units.
