Another compatibility question - does it work with a Zeiss batis 135mm 2.8 prime?

I’ve never used the Batis, so I can’t give a direct answer. The front of the teleconverter always projects a little more than 1/3 of an inch into the back of whatever lens is attached to it, so unless the Batis has enough room for that projection at all focus settings, the two won’t be physically, mechanically compatible and could damage each other. Optical compatibility is an entirely separate question.

2x converter's doubles lens focal lengths, so your 200mm lens will become a 400mm with a light loss of 2 f/stops.

You can use it on Sony E-Mount APS-C cameras but it can only be paired with the following lenses: FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS FE 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 GM OSS FE 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS FE 400mm f/2.8 GM OSS FE 600mm f/4 GM OSS
