The Piper Classic 2MP Wireless Camera Security System is a Wi-Fi-enabled home security system that integrates easily with other surveillance and security devices. Each Piper comes fully equipped with a siren, motion detector, built-in environmental sensors that track humidity, temperature and ambient light levels, as well as Z-Wave integration. Both the Piper and power adapter come in matching white.

Piper communicates with your iOS or Android smartphone or tablet once it is connected to your home's Wi-Fi network. The free Piper mobile app is designed to make remote monitoring easy and provides a robust set of features. For instance, the app not only tells your home's indoor temperature, outdoor temperature, humidity, ambient light and ambient sound, but it also displays this data on colorful graphs. You can also use the app to integrate and control Z-Wave-enabled devices from a single mobile dashboard.

Furthermore, the main dashboard gives you four monitoring modes: Off, Away, Vacation, and Stay. These four preset modes can be customized to fit your needs and preferences. For instance, you can set a rule in Vacation mode that will sound the Piper's siren when motion is detected. The ability to define this and other rules is especially useful if you're on a business trip or vacation. Video is stored on Piper's free cloud service in 100, 35-second clips. You can choose which clips to save and download them to your computer for safe keeping. A power adapter and camera stand are included to facilitate setup.
