Before you know what the question is, you can have the proper response with Gerber's tactical Answer F.A.S.T. XL Folding Knife. This larger version of the standard model utilizes the patented "Forward Action Spring Technology" with an internal torsion spring that pulls the blade fully open after the blade is partially deployed for virtually effortless opening. Built for a variety of punching and cutting jobs, the 4" tanto-style blade is characterized by its thick spine which helps to strengthen the tip, and a partially-serrated edge that makes short work of cords, fabrics, and anything else in between. Gerber employs a reliable liner lock to hold the blade open, with a secondary safety lock that keeps the blade secure in the closed position. The Answer's anodized aluminum handle is designed to provide a secure grip, especially when punching, with an ergonomic curvature and two rear finger grooves that lock the pinky and ring-finger in place during a forward thrust.

Black oxide finish resists corrosion and reduces reflection
