    SOG F06PN-CP reviews

FastHawk Tomahawk (Polished) is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will stand severe abuse, but will break, Good bargain. A very tough tool, I have tested it.Used as intended, barring accident, it should last a long time. You get a lot for what you pay, a real bargain. Blade cuts wood well, not too experienced camping so I am not sure of the function of what I call the spike. I used it as a throwing weapon (too many Indian Native American westerns) which, I assume, they did not mean for it to be used as. And, after in excess of one hundred, probably more like two hundred, bad throws which bounced off the handle instead of sticking the blade, the handle broke. Examination revealed a small bubble deep in the handle that finally surrendered to the abuse it was taking. For throwing, it is light, spins fast, and takes a delicate touch to get a strike with the blade, but, with practice, can be done. Any downside I would say would be the holster. Never have been fond of the bottom out design that depends on the latching. (the snaps turn loose, or are rubbed loose, you ax falls out. And the belt loop is small, the width of a military pants belt.
