Using this with Canon lenses on an Fs7. Is there any cropping?
Asked by: Jay
The adapter itself will not cause a crop or add to the crop, but because the FS7 has a super35 sensor, the usual full-frame to super-35 crop factor will apply. **If I am not mistaken, the FS7 has an approximate crop factor of 1.4x.

Will this work (on A7 III) with Kenko 1.4x teleconverter and Canon lenses (70-200 f/4)?
Asked by: Kris
Adapted lenses on the A7III are pretty basic in function. They work well for static objects, portraits with EyeAF are generally fine, and they work ok for slow moving subjects where AF tracking isn't needed. Once the object moves and you need to track it, then you're better off investing in a native lens. The only exception to this are some Sigma lenses, where Sigma has developed firmware for the lens and adapter for them to work together and try to emulate a native lens as close as possible. TLDR; Will it physically fit? yes. Will it work on a basic level for static subjects? Probably. Could you shoot sports or anything moving with it? I wouldn't count on it.

How fast and accurate is the autofocus with canon’s 70-200 f/4 IS? Can you use all focal points accurately or are you stuck using the middle few?
Asked by: Matt
I use mine with the 70-200 f/2.8 lens. It works very well, focusing through all focal points and as fast as the lens always is. No difference noted.
