question

This monitor looks identical to the Avtec XHD070. The only difference I see is the price and Avtec comes with battery plates. First, I'm I correct and secondly, if I go with this one, does B&H sell the battery plates?
Asked by: Desmond S.
The differences we find is the Avtec not only comes with the three plates, it also comes with a power adapter with 4 international plugs. Unfortunately, we do not have the plates for the FeelWorld FW759 7 listed as for sale.

question

will this work with Nikon d5100 ?
Asked by: Eric W.
I'm using it with a D7100, so it should work as long as you've got an HMDI out.

question

Im trying to use this with a Canon C200. It works if I set my recording to 1080p 60fps, but the monitor goes blank if I set it to 1080p 23.976 fps or 29.97 fps even though the documentation says it should work. Does anyone have any suggestions to get this to work?
Asked by: Michael K.
When on board monitors go blank, it is because the camera or the monitor is set to a different speed. Make sure both devices are set to the same speed.

question

I can get a great HDMI image from my GH4, whether in 1080 Hd or 4K, but once I press the record button, I get the spinning egg-timer and the message please wait . I have tried everything - I a pretty certain that all the settings are correct as the image is perfect, but just can't record to the SD card. I actually bought it because Tomas left a review saying it works great with his GH4. Just what do I need to do to get it to monitor my recording on my GH4?
Asked by: David N.
I would say that the issue lies with the camera output setting. Got to MENU>Motion Picture>HDMI Rec Output. I think the problem is you need to set the HDMI Rec Output to Bit Mode 4:2:2 8bit. If you are shooting in 4K, go to 4K down Convert AUTO. Make sure the monitor is also set for the camera's output.
