With 1GB of DDR3 RAM, the GT 710 provides faster video editing, photo editing, and web browsing than integrated graphics. Features

CUDA
NVIDIA's parallel computing platform which enables an increase in computing performance by harnessing the parallel nature of GPU processing. CUDA compatible applications can assign intensive parallel computing tasks, such as real-time video rendering, to the GPU to process, freeing up the computer's CPU to run other tasks.
PhysX
NVIDIA's hardware accelerated physics engine computes how objects move in space in real time. Having a physics engine precludes the need for programs to pre-animate rendered objects which can give an unrealistic "canned animation" feel. The PhysX engine also allows for designers to create more detailed objects, relying on the GPU's processing power rather than a bloated programming back end.
Adaptive V-Sync
NVIDIA's Adaptive Vertical Sync minimizes stuttering and tearing by monitoring and adjusting the card's frame rate output. At high frame rates, Adaptive V-Sync is enabled to slow down the output frame rate to prevent tearing as a result of losing sync with your monitor. At lower frame rates, Adaptive V-Sync will automatically be disabled to minimize stuttering.
PureVideo HD
The combination of high-definition video decode acceleration and post-processing that delivers picture clarity, smooth video, accurate color, and precise image scaling for movies and video.

    MSI GT 710 reviews

GeForce GT 710 Low Profile Graphics Card is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from good win10 utility video card for low profile / compact case I gave this card 5 stars for what it IS, not what it isn't. It isn't a high-powered gaming card or anything close to that. But lots of us just do spreadsheets, letters, news letters, online banking, ordering, cat videos, and email, so this card is for us. It takes up only one slot, has no fan to go bad or make noise, comes with a Low Profile (LP) bracket, and can drive up to a 2K monitor. So if your utility computer has onboard graphics or a graphics card that is incompatible with windows 10 and an LP or compact case, this IS the card for you. It uses practically no power, and my puny power supply is less than the recommended 300W and is doing just fine. This review is specifically for the B&H # MSGT7101GD3H MFR # GT 710 1GD3H LP card. There are other similar sounding cards for which this is NOT accurate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GeForce GTX 710 was the easiest to install with Windows 10. This card was literally plug and play. It was recognized at boot and drivers were a snap to install from the included CD Rom. Optional software was also included on the CD, but I didn't load it as more is sometimes not better. Very easy and straightforward. Just be aware that your computer's power supply needs to be around 300 watts or higher to power it adequately.
