The ScreenBeam Enterprise 950 Wireless Display Receiver from Actiontec is certified for Intel Pro WiDi. It supports a host of Intel Pro WiDi features such as P2P connectivity to prevent security breaches, UoIP (USB over IP) to support certain USB HID peripheral devices, a privacy screen to prevent inadvertent screen sharing on the wrong display, and Intel’s Managed Meetings to give conference organizers flexibility and control over who controls the display.
Built specifically for organizations deploying Intel Pro WiDi and Intel vPro-based solutions, the ScreenBeam Enterprise 950P receiver lets users securely share presentations and other content, mirror, or extend their screens wirelessly from Intel vPro-based devices. With the ScreenBeam Enterprise receiver, users can swipe to connect their device to the display so that meetings can start on time. No longer tethered to the projector, presenters can freely move around the room for better interaction and collaboration.
With the ScreenBeam local management console included in the receiver, the setup is quick and simple. You can rename a receiver, manage display ports, or change the PIN pairing password and much more. For medium to large deployments of ScreenBeam receivers, add the optional ScreenBeam CMS (Central Management System). The CMS enables IT to easily deploy, manage, remotely configure, group, customize, apply policies, and push device firmware updates to all ScreenBeam receivers within the network.
This fully integrated enterprise class platform features dual-band 802.11ac and 802.11n radios, Ethernet, HDMI, VGA-in, and VGA-out interfaces. Extensive mounting and placement options provide lots of flexibility for mounting to ceilings, tables, or hidden locations. In addition, the VGA input ensures that non-wireless clients can still connect the old way.
