Great finder but it fit's a little loose in the hot shoe so I wedged a small piece of paper under it to make sure it wouldn't slip
I bought this External Optical Viewfinder only to be very very disappointed!!! Sorry FUJI for $217. this is not worth it at all! I used it for all of 15 minutes in the store B&H and walked around the conner and returned it! As soon as I looked through it I knew it I had to return it! Maybe if it was $ 35.00 dollars I would have kept it! But for $217!!! NO WAY! ONE STAR RATING! Try again Fuji!

REALLY appreciate Fuji providing this large BRIGHT optical viewfinder! It is extremely useful, as it is frequently difficult to see what my camera is staring at in bright daylight. However, either be extremely careful when carrying the camera in your hand, as that is exactly how the optical viewfinder slipped out of the flash shoe and fell to the concrete sidewalk. And, due to the design (the glass on the front protrudes like a bubble beyond the plastic housing), the glass was easy to have a nic in it. Still useable, blemish not in the way, but wish they designed this add-on with a tightening wheel like many flash-shoe attachments have. Would be a 5 star review if it had one. Hint-hint Fuji.
