Looked at a lot of platforms and the money for them was pretty crazy. The price jump to something more like a cheese plate is significant. More $ means generally bigger, which would be nice. Also better laptop security which would also be nice, the strap doesn't really do much. But for what it is, this is a great design. The mount on the bottom has 3/8, 1/4-20, spud, and Arca milling so it fits everywhere. It's light and stiff, well-made and appears more than durable enough. A handy person could also make some bombproof clamps to fit the millings and air vents to bring it up to Inovativ-level or the like. Very happy with it, certainly for the value.

Nice to be able to use my tripod for more than a base for my camera. I can now use it for my laptop in my rv, in my gym, or in my home.

Great, sturdy platform with multiple uses.

I needed to mount my projector on my tripod. I didn't want adaptors just a single product. The added velcro straps provide the right amount of security and the platform permits air circulation. GoPlatform did the trick. Recommend highly.

how much weight can this hold?
Asked by: John
As per the manufacturer, this item does not have any limit for weight since it will easily hold any laptop or projector that fits on it. Weight limit is going to be determined by the specifications of the head/tripod supporting it.

The second to last photo with the platform and camera on the vertical pole. is there a parts list for all the accessories? This is a perfect setup for my need.

question

Do the accessory slot holders exist? They are not shown in any pictures and are not listed on B&H (nor on Benro site)
Asked by: Anonymous
There are no holders, the slots mentioned are cut-out areas that allow hard drives or battery adapters to be attached to the bottom of the tray because of its vented design.
