    Audio-Technica Consumer AT-LP60 reviews

AT-LP60BK-BT Turntable with Bluetooth (Black) is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 39.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Try this to sync... Okay, I almost returned this record player b/c I couldn't sync it. Turns out you have to hold the bluetooth button down for 5+ seconds. It initially flashes blue/purple and acts like it's trying to sync. If you continue to hold it down, the button starts alternating blue and RED. Then, it synced up perfectly. Totally silly but hope this helps someone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bluetooth not as advertised... buyer beware Plus side - Very ascetically pleasing Easy to assemble and operate Down side - The buttons are a made from a thin plastic, which will likely not contribute to a malfunction... but just feel cheap *** The Bluetooth function is terrible. Ive tried connecting it to three separate speaker systems to no avail. For example, do not count on this turntable to work wirelessly with a Bose Soundlink, sound-bar, or similar design. It appears to only work with speakers that you can actively manage from a computer screen. Really disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent This record payer is awesome! My first purchase was the DJ professional turntable (same manufacturer), through Best Buy. I had a hell of a time setting it up, balancing the arm and the sound was horrible. I returned it. I came across this gem on this site. I ordered it, it was a simple set up! The only problem is that I cannot pair the blue tooth to my Bose Mini Sound Link blue tooth speaker so I purchased the audio cable and it sounds amazing. I like the fact when you press start/stop the arm is automatic and returns to its cradle. Also, its so light weight and the best it was free overnight shipping through B&H!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Sound, I Hope It's Durable I bought this model intending to use a Bluetooth speaker system but the sound is so good with my old Bose 2.1 speaker system I'm not using the Bluetooth feature. Having said that I did connect it to my Nyne Bluetooth speaker system with no problem at all, and I tested it several times and it always connects via Bluetooth no problem. Not sure why others have reported a Bluetooth connection issue. The sound this turntable produces is terrific for the price. But it seems that the arm and push button controls are so lightweight that they may be fragile and not very durable - I hope that's not the case. So far I'm very happy with this turntable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bluetooth-schmootooth! When I saw that this turntable offered Bluetooth pairing, that closed the deal. Given that I own one of the most popular brands of wireless headphones out there (Beats Solo 3 Wireless) I was sure they would work. Nope. More disappointing is how hard it was to get AT to acknowledge this. My initial email to customer service was met with a copy and paste of the owners manual. Thanks guys. My second attempt to contact finally resulted with this response: "we have received reports that the turntable does not pair with Beats." I was going to just keep it and accept no bluetooth for me, but now the sound is slowing down too, so I'm thinking it's time to return it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bluetooth doesn't work. No answer from customer service. I had the same experience as the other reviewers. The turntable wouldn't pair with my speaker. In my case, it's a Blackstar ID:CORE BEAM. I've had 10+ bluetooth gadgets, including speakers and stereos, and this was the first time one completely failed. This product does not work as advertised. I tried to contact customer service, got an automated email response saying someone would contact me in 2 days, and then never heard from them. Returning the product and would not buy audio technica again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great turntable, Bluetooth connection problems This is a great turntable, easy set up and extremely stylish. I know very little about sound systems and just wanted something easy to listen to the occasional record on with minimal set up. I connected it via aux cable to external speakers and it works great. My only issue is that it won't connect to my Bose Color SoundLink wireless Bluetooth speaker. I read other reviews which said the same about this particular device, so I was very disappointed to have the same issue, which means it must be a device compatibility problem. If these are the only speakers you have, I would recommend a different turntable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For sleekness, style, and ease... look no further! Easy set up, easy to use, good sound, very respectable build quality. I use this turntable (a lot) with a Bose Bluetooth speaker and they work very well together. Make no mistake, this is no $2k audiophile gadget, just a decent Bluetooth t.t. If you want high quality HiFi to go through your amplified stacks, get a different model. If you want to put the turntable in a drawer and take the speaker to the deck to enjoy margaritas while listening to your favorite wax, this is your piece. (You might want to find a speaker with eq capabilities, as mine comes across a little bass-heavy with the Bose.)
