Nady HM-20U Reviews
Too rigid
I bought this product for sermons and lecture presentations. The sound quality is acceptable. However the wire frame does not fit neatly around the head/neck because its is rigid and inflexible. In fact you cannot adjust the microphone to position it confortably near your mouth. The microphone rubs hard against your check or jaw. This is not only uncomfortable but produces a rubbing sound in the audio. Until a gooseneck microphone is attached to this unit it will be no good for professionals and users who aspire for good sound quality.
Lack flexibility
I brought this microphone to present sermons and lectures hands free. The sound quality is fairly good for the price. However the rigid wireframe makes it impossible for you to adjust the microphone for a comfortable wear. The microphone will either be pressing firmly against your lips or cheeks which results in unnecessary noise from your breath or rubbing against the face. A flexible frame or gooseneck would have made this microphone a delight to have.
