B&O PLAY by Bang & Olufsen H6 reviews

    H6 Over-Ear Headphones 2nd Gen (Natural) is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Its like the band is around me The headphone are absolutely fantastic. the soundstage is incredible. In well recorded music I can tell where every instrument was on the set. Extremely comfortable. I use it in an office for hours. BUT: If you are gonna be plugging those headphones in your phone and stream music from a streaming service, it would be hard to justify spending that much. Don't get me wrong, they still sound great, but these cans really come to life when playing FLAC (not lossy) music format. I've also noticed that a computer with a descent sound card is able to drive the headphone much better than a phone. I am yet to try them out of my AMP. The headphone ears flip flat so you can put them on a table or desk, but make sure you put them on the soft side, the hard side scratches easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great open sound I use these headphone at the office, and they do a decent job of isolating sound while also not leaking sound out, which was important to me. They have a phenomenal open soundstage and overall sound fantastic. Light for the size, though I wish the headband was slightly more comfortable, but the earcups are very comfortable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from High quality headphone but you need high wattage device They are such a beautiful, high quality set of headphones. I can wear them on my head for hours without being tired or sweat. I find the music sounds better when I listen on my home stereo system or my Onkyo dp-x1a (better amp than my cell phone); otherwise cell phones don't do justice with sounds. I listened side by side the Sony MPR-1A, I enjoyed the Sony better. But I don't sweat wearing H6 and I did with the Sony. The Sony MPR-1A was cheaply made, a part was loose and caused clicking. I decided to stick with H6, but I'm reluctant because I can't seem to find the ear pad replacements with B&O online. I contacted B&O and the support staff kept pushing me to check with their retailers for parts. I don't like that, they should sell me directly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect These things are just the perfect headphone. The build quality is excellent and they look great. The sound stage is wide, the bass is big, round and deep, the highs are beautiful - basically they're the all round best I've heard. I'm buying a 2nd pair for the wife.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT CANS! Very comfortable, great looking, and superb sound!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yes, I would (& did) buy them again These headphones have it all: crisp modern Danish design, light weight, excellent comfort, and (most importantly) superbly balanced, neutral & non-fatiguing sound. And as a bonus, their value-for-money is exceptional. I like them so nice, I bought them twice! (one pair as a gift)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only one channel works I have purchased this headphone and brought it to my hometown Brazil. Arriving I put it to work and discovered that only the right channel works. Very bad experience especially when my expectation is very hi on a B&O product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from In love I really, really like these. The detail it gives to sound is just magic. I prefer it over a few very high-end stereo systems I've heard. Not only this, but the quality of materials and design is just superb.
