The M-WAVES V2 Audio Networking Card/Software from Allen & Heath is an audio networking card which can be fitted to iLive, dLive, GLD, or ME digital mixing systems. It uses the Audio-over-Ethernet SoundGrid networking and processing platform to transport multi-channel audio to and from a computer for processing using Waves plugins or for direct to computer multi-track recording and playback. Real-time audio processing can also be performed on low-latency standard Intel-based SoundGrid plug-in servers, running a Waves-customized real-time version of Linux. The M-Waves V2 gives access to 64 bi-directional audio channels and is equipped with an integrated Ethernet switch with two EtherCon and one RJ45 SoundGrid ports over CAT5 cables.

The M-WAVES V2 Audio Networking Card/Software from Allen & Heath is an audio networking card which can be fitted to iLive, dLive, GLD, or ME digital mixing systems. It uses the Audio-over-Ethernet SoundGrid networking and processing platform to transport multi-channel audio to and from a computer for processing using Waves plugins or for direct to computer multi-track recording and playback. Real-time audio processing can also be performed on low-latency standard Intel-based SoundGrid plug-in servers, running a Waves-customized real-time version of Linux. The M-Waves V2 gives access to 64 bi-directional audio channels and is equipped with an integrated Ethernet switch with two EtherCon and one RJ45 SoundGrid ports over CAT5 cables.

SoundGrid network provides applications such as digital microphone splitting, audio distribution, and FoH and monitor sharing a single SG server
The M-WAVES V2 can be fitted to the port B expansion slot in iLive fixed format MixRacks (iDR-16, iDR-32, iDR-48, and iDR-64) or expander (xDR-16), and port B in iLive modular MixRacks (iDR0, iDR10) if they are fitted with the new RAB-2 standard
It can also be fitted to the I/O port expansion slot in a GLD mixer, the input slot in a ME-U hub, or an I/O port in a dLive system when equipped with a M-DL-ADAPT interface
