I needed an extra battery and external charger for my GX85 and Panasonic made this combo just for that. Works great and I no longer have to rely only on plugging a cable into the camera for battery charging.
Also the only way to get a panasonic gx85 battery at this time.
The Panasonic DMW-BLG10 Li-Ion Battery and Charger Travel Bundle came quickly. I like having a second battery charging while still using my camera.
I find nothing wrong with it, so it does not give me any problem.
I am not a fan of Lumix batteries... but this item is a must when charging these batteries. It charges the batteries a lot faster than charging within the camera. Straight forward easy to use and fast.
This came with the camera (DC-ZS70). I gives you a backup battery and out of camera charging. Panasonic, what's not to like!
The Panasonic Charger Travel Bundle is compact, light weight and charges the battery quickly. A bit pricey, but the kit includes an OEM battery, and in my experience, OEM batteries recharge fully for more years than generic ones. I did not need the USB cable & transformer, as these units came with the Lumix camera that I purchased and would have preferred to purchase only the charger and battery.
