Spitfire Pro Mini HDMI to Composite Video Converter is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used several successfully I've used 6 of these to adapt an HDMI signal to CRT monitors for art exhibitions. There have been no problems so far. In my case the content is actually 480p anyway, so I can't comment on the quality of the downscaling from HD to SD. The NTSC/PAL switch seems fine, by the way. I don't have a PAL CRT to test with, but I left the switch on NTSC and it drives NTSC monitors without complaint. It can drive headphones from the audio out jacks if you use suitable passive adapters. In my case this saved a headphone amp. Bonus!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great, if you're happy with PAL Only displays the signal in PAL; the NTSC/PAL select switch doesn't do anything.
