This model ships with 1/8 locking connector for Sennheiser EW transmitters. Other connectors are available including Audio Technica compatible connectors.

Does this mic require any phantom power please?
This mic is designed with a connector for Sennheiser wireless transmitters, it does not require phantom power but does require voltage to operate 1 -10v which is provided by the transmitter.

can i use this to replace the lav mic on my Point Source Audio CO-8WD-XAT-BL CO-8WD Omnidirectional Waterproof Headset Microphone for Audio-Technica Wireless Transmitters (Black) so i don't have to replace the whole headset?

Good question! The boom mic on your CO-8WD headset is replaceable but that is with the CO-8WS single ear boom mic without the ear bend.
