This Fixed-Power Eyepiece from Hawke Optics replaces the stock zoom eyepiece that came with your 68mm or 85mm Endurance ED spotting scope to provide a single magnification. In the 68mm, it will produce 27x power with a 117' field of view at 1000 yards, while in the 85mm, it will have a 33x with a FoV of 96 feet. The advantage of using a fixed power eyepiece is that they offer a wider field of view over zoom eyepieces with a reduced the number of glass elements, which increases light transmission, so images are brighter. Fixed-power eyepieces also simplify digiscoping setup by eliminating zoom rings and the need for constant refocusing.

Fixed-Power Eyepiece for 68/85mm Endurance ED Spotting Scopes is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Well-made, but disappointing The 85mm Endurance ED scope comes with a 20-60x eyepiece, so I assumed a fixed power of 33x would, like most fixed focal length prime lenses on cameras, would have a sharper resolution. Not so in this optic. The field of view is about the same as the variable 20-60x set at 33x and the same resolution. I had to return it because it was hardly worth the costs.
