Fails 10% to 20% of the time

Been using this for a week now to trigger a studio setup of three ELC HD Pro's. It is consistently unreliable wether connected via PC synch or hotshoe. The strobes fire every time when connected with a synch cord, so unless all of my brand new ELC HD Pro strobes have defective receivers, the problem is with this transmitter.

Not Reliable

I'm really tired of Elinchrom's reliability when it comes to triggering. When I'm shooting people it's just what I've been putting up with. However, when I was trying to shoot some liquids recently it was not triggering some or all of the strobes which was terribly frustrating since pouring is challenging enough without lighting failures when the shutter is clicked.

It does what it's supposed to

I'm using this on a Hasselblad and it sure would be nice if they had a generic unit that allowed you to see the power levels of all the units.

Works perfectly

Continues to be unreliable

Elinchrom replaced the first unit I purchased. It was intermittently failing to fire any of my three Pro HD units about 20% of the time. With the replacement unit, my main light fails to fire at the first exposure if it has been set to standby and then brought back on line. This is in a small studio with the units within 10 feet of each other and the Skyport.

No, the Elinchrom Digital RX 1200 Ws Power Pack would need the Elinchrom EL-Skyport Receiver Plus in order to work in conjunction with the following transmitter. Please review the following part Elinchrom EL-Skyport Receiver Plus BH #ELSRP • MFR #EL19369 https://bhpho.to/3BxvkPi
