Fujinon XK20-120mm T3.5 Cabrio Overview

The Fujinon XK20-120mm T3.5 Cabrio Lens is a wide to telephoto zoom lens for Super 35mm cameras in PL mount. Can this lens be mounted on a Sony FX9 shooting ...

Can this lens be mounted on a Sony FX9 shooting in S35 mode? also how do you power the Lens Servo when Attached to an FS7 with PL - E mountAdapter?
Asked by: mitch
Yes, it you have an PL to E-mount Adapter you will be able to use this lens with the FX9 in Super 35mm mode. As far as power Fujinon has the 20-Pin to P-Tap Cable for this lens, BH #FUSA206KR70P. You would just need a battery with a P-Tap or D-Tap port. https://bhpho.to/34R4xee

question

Hi, does the servo drive work off lens so I can use in place of the FS7/servo?
Asked by: Anonymous
Sorry, but in order to have servo functions, the servo motor drive/hand grip must be in place. You can use ENG zoom and focus demands to control it however.

Will this cover the FX9 in 5K mode?
Asked by: John
The Fujinon XK20-120mm T3.5 Cabrio Lens (PL Mount) creates a Super35 image circle. On the Full Frame FX9 you would use the Super35 crop mode that creates UHD 4K up to 60p.

Yes, the power for the lens is transmitted through the lens mount. It is meant to be just like a 2/3 ENG camera.
