question

Does it rotate 360 or 270 ?
Asked by: Mafdy A.
I am confused by the two previous answers. The flash rotates 180 to the left and 180 to the right. I would have thought that means it rotates 360. Combined with the 0-90 tilt, there is no direction in the upper hemisphere that it cannot be pointed.
