question

hello, how will i use only one receiver on two hansel 400 watts paraflashes? do i need two receivers?
Asked by: baris u.
While I am not familiar with the strobe units you list above and could not find them listed online, if the strobes you own have built-in optical slaves, then you may connect a receiver to one strobe unit, and the optical slave on the second unit will trigger itself simultaneously once it sees the flash output from the strobe with the connected receiver. If you are working around other photographers, then this may not be ideal as the flashes from their strobes would also trigger the flash without a receiver. If you are working around other photographers with flashes, then it would be recommended to connect a receiver to both flashes (both set to the same channel), and both would be triggered by the transmitter on the camera.
